Surface density maps for 20 MEarth planets on fixed circular orbits in fully radiative disks. The viscosities and gas mixtures in the disks are (from top to bottom): α = 0.004 with O:P(3:1), α = 0.004 with O:P(equi), α = 0.008 with O:P(3:1), and α = 0.008 with O:P(equi). The snapshots are taken in the heating/cooling equilibrium state of the disk.
