Notes. Cepheid lifetimes in the three crossings and their sum (total lifetime) are listed in [kyr]. The duration of the blue loop and the core helium burning timescale are given in [Myr]. The asterisk is a reminder that ω = 0.7 was used instead of ω = 0.8 for 9 M models. The predicted values in the top rows for each mass are based on the Bono et al. (2000b) IS, the lower rows on Tammann et al. (2003).
