No uncertainty is indicated when the parameter has not been inferred but fixed (to few observational constraints as in cases 1 and 2a, b, c). Note that for the sake of homogeneous tables here and in Appendix A, we give a column listing the values of αov and ξPC although there are equal to 0 in reference set A.
