Constant fst = 0.5 assumed for the calculations shown in Figs. 3 and 4 (dashed line) and the corresponding accumulated star formation fraction, fst, for the best-fit solutions for each dynamical mass, Mdyn, shown in Fig. 5 (solid curve). As explained in Table. 1, fst can be higher than one.
