Posterior distribution of Ṗ from the quadratic ephemerides fit of WASP-18b (upper) and WASP-19b (lower) TTVs. While it is clear the distribution of WASP-18 is centred at a non-zero value, it still includes zero in its 68% confidence interval. On the other hand, in the distribution for WASP-19b, we see zero is absent from the 1σ confidence level, but present at a 2σ level.
