The vanilla pipeline is the basic version of SEAPipe, whereas the image-subtraction pipeline seeks to improve the completeness by removing the primary (and any secondaries found in the first pass) from the window samples before repeating the image reconstruction and segregation steps. The final image parameter analysis step includes all the sources found and is performed using the original window sample data.
