Same distributions of Fig. 6 but separated for M (undoubted meteors, 12.5 thousand events: dark green histogram) and M? (meteor candidates, 11.5 thousand events: light green). From these plots, it is evident that meteor candidates are typically characterised by a lower speed and duration, as well as a higher magnitude.
