Mass step values and statistics from data with varying mass step locations for four sets of Hubble residuals. Upper: a measure of significance of the mass step, taking the magnitude of the mass step and dividing by the uncertainty. Middle: each mass step with uncertainty given for each set of filters. Lower: a cumulative distribution function; the fraction of the sample that is below the step location at each given point.
