Occurrence of low-mass planets around FGK stars based on Mayor et al. (2011) and obtained using EPOS (Mulders et al. 2018). The marked bins are the ones also used in Figs. 3, 4, and 5, and occurrence is indicated in percent and colour-coded in logarithmic mass against period space.
