Normalized apparent magnitude distribution in G band for XP spectrally confirmed BHB sample (blue hist) and SEGUE spectrally confirmed BHB sample of Barbosa et al. (2022) (orange hist). Our selected BHB sample is more focused on the inner stellar halo than the SEGUE BHB sample due to the limiting magnitude of Gaia XP spectra.
