Notes. Rows indicate the visual category assigned to each object, while columns refer to the reference category, i.e., the morphological category against which contamination is evaluated. The entries denote the number of galaxies in each combination: a and c are misclassifications, where a represents objects incorrectly classified as belonging to the given category, and c represents objects that should have been classified as such but were not. The letters b and d are correct classifications. Contamination is computed as the sum of misclassification rates, as defined in Equation C.1.
