Balmer break strength, measured as the ratio of the mean flux density in the rest-frame wavelength ranges [3620,3720] Å and [4000,4100] Å from public JWST/NIRSpec data. Grey squares show the median values of stacks of star-forming galaxies from Roberts-Borsani et al.
