Best fit to the data from Bands 3, 4, 7, and 9 using the uniform slab model described in Sect. 3.4. On the upper right panel, the solid orange line corresponds to the case T = 10³ K, has a minimum reduced χ² of 0.18, and a p value of 83%. We find that the best fit parameters of this model are $\log (\mathrm{E}\mathrm{M}/(\mathrm{c}{\mathrm{m}}^{-6}\mathrm{p}\mathrm{c}))={11.08}_{-0.19}^{+0.53}$ and $\log \left(R_{\mathrm{m}\mathrm{a}\mathrm{x}}/\mathrm{a}\mathrm{u}\right)=-{1.11}_{-0.06}^{+0.03}$. The solid light grey line corresponds to the case T = 10⁴ K, has a minimum reduced χ² of 0.33, and a p value of 72%. We find that the best fit parameters of this model are $\log (\mathrm{E}\mathrm{M}/(\mathrm{c}{\mathrm{m}}^{-6}\mathrm{p}\mathrm{c}))={12.00}_{-0.18}^{+0.42}$ and $\log \left(R_{\mathrm{m}\mathrm{a}\mathrm{x}}/\mathrm{a}\mathrm{u}\right)=-{1.61}_{-0.04}^{+0.02}$. The bottom left panel shows the corner plots obtained for each model. The orange and grey posteriors also correspond to the cases of T = 10³ K and T = 10⁴ K, respectively.
