Similar to Fig. 4 but using a fixed injection time at t = 105 yr. We also show the giant planet fraction (triangles). In both models, super-Earth formation is suppressed for high stellar masses, as planets have time to grow into giant planets instead. As a reminder, the giant planet fraction is defined as the number of giant planets formed compared to the total number of planets injected, while the super-Earth fraction is the number of close-in super-Earths compared to the number of close-in planets, as described in Section 3.1.
