The black lines show the median values out of all runs, while the error bars show the 16th and 84th percentiles. Similarly to Fig. 4, the super-Earth fraction increases with increasing stellar mass in the irradiated case (left). When the disc is viscously heated (right), the super-Earth fraction flattens out for host stars more massive than 0.5 M⊙.
