Notes. The table reports: the IAU name (Col. 1); an alternative (often more common) name (Col. 2); the blazar type (Col. 3); the coordinates in RA-Dec (Cols. 4 and 5); the redshift (Col. 6); for each of the four monitored radio bands, the number of epochs in which the source was observed (Cols. 7, 9, 11, and 13), and the average flux density (Cols. 8, 10, 12, and 14) calculated over these epochs.
