Notes. The same as Table D.1 for the case where each merged moon from Fig. 3 has been pushed out to a distance of 1.1r0 before letting it evolve for 45 h. The small deviations in, for example, a0/b0 from the corresponding values in Table D.1 are due to reductions in numerical precision when writing and reading data.
