Schematic summary of the typical morphology, underlying morphological drivers, and radiative mechanisms for optical Galactic cirrus, tidal features, and intracluster light. The differences in their morphologies and SED shapes together will provide critical information to break the confusion and separate cirrus and diffuse extragalactic components in the combined diffuse light.
