Notes. Compensation for the focus curve of POP is made by moving the camera lens of EST-B. Top: 5 μm pixel size camera lens; middle: 12 μm pixel size with camera lens optimised for image quality; bottom: 12 μm pixel size, with camera lens re-optimised to reduce image scale variations.
