Notes. The parameters SFR, vc, Zhot, Zcl, and Tcl are fixed. The rest of the parameters are free to vary within the flat priors whose limits are shown in the middle column, except for log ηE, for which we adopt a Gaussian prior centered in −0.4 and with a width of 0.2, truncated within the reported boundaries.
