range mean median
QSO2 (5) JWST/MIRI [-0.95,0.49] -0.13±0.53 -0.05 a
Sy2 (6) JWST/MIRI [-2.24,-0.32] -1.16±0.76 -0.99 b

Sy2 (16) Gemini/T-ReCS [-3.78,-0.14] -1.25±0.97 -0.95 e

Notes. Only QSO2s and type 2, 1.9, and 1.8 Seyferts were considered. The angular resolution of the CanariCam, VISIR, and T-ReCS data is similar to MIRI (∼0.3-0.6″), but the spectral range covered is narrower (∼8-13 μm), and the sensitivity is much lower.
