Workflow of the CTI calibration strategy: initial estimates for the release time constants (τr,k) are obtained by fitting an empirical model to the overscan signal; smearing is corrected via a column-wise exponential-plus-constant fit; the mean trap density is modelled as a quadratic polynomial to reproduce its radial dependence; and the EPER method is applied, in conjunction with a CTI correction algorithm, to iteratively fit the polynomial coefficients and the well-fill power-law index (β), and to refine the release time constants (τr,k).

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.

Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
