Table 3
First estimates of decay and release time constants obtained during Step 1.
| Species | Type | bk (pix−1) | τr,k (s) | Uncertainty (s) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Fast | 2.87 × 101 | 3.10 × 10−5 | − |
| 2 | Interm. | 4.39 × 10−1 | 2.03 × 10−3 | ±4.26 × 10−5 |
| 3 | Interm. | 3.37 × 10−2 | 2.64 × 10−2 | ±5.44 × 10−4 |
| 4 | Slow | 5.68 × 10−3 | 1.57 × 10−1 | ±3.44 × 10−3 |
Notes. The species are ordered from fastest to slowest. Uncertainties on the release time constants are given at the 1σ level. The qualitative classification is based on the characteristic release timescale. The decay constant (bk) is obtained from an exponential fit to the overscan rows and is related to the species-specific release time (τr,k) via Eq. (10). Uncertainty for Species 1 is marked with a dash as it cannot be constrained because its release time is shorter than the line transfer time.
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
