1 and 2σ constraints on the (w₀, w_a) parameters derived from measurements of the tomographic cosmic shear signal in our noisy simulation that includes contributions from Gaussian-distributed photo-z errors and Gaussian-distributed shape noise. We present the constraints for different numbers of equipopulated bins but find that the signal has relatively weak constraining power that does not significantly improve as the number of bins increases. Hence, the contours corresponding to each different number of bins lie on top of each other.
