Notes. We list the mass and spatial resolution of each run and mark the dark matter models that are used in this work. We use ϵDM, *, the Plummer-equivalent softening length, to quantify the spatial resolution of each run. Those marked in grey are not used in the main body of the paper and are only included for resolution convergence tests (see Appendix B).
