Synthetic Fe Kα line profiles for the Kerr black hole (λ = 0, solid purple line) and Kerr-like wormholes with various deformation parameters, λ , at spin a = 0.9. The dashed red and dash-dotted green lines represent wormholes with λ = 0.8λmax and λ = 0.99λmax, respectively, demonstrating a near-perfect mimicking effect when the throat, rth , is within the ISCO. In contrast, the dash-dotted blue line shows a significant spectral deviation when the wormhole throat extends beyond the ISCO (λ = 0.9 > λmax). All curves are normalized and plotted as E2 dN/dE. The model parameters are observer inclination angle θobs = 75°, emissivity index q = 4, rest-frame line energy Eline = 6.4 keV (vertical dashed line), outer disk radius rout = 30 rg, and disk surface density Dens = 16.
