  Integrated spectra refers to the central ~5 kpc to ~8 kpc regions, depending on the galaxy (see Paper I for details). All the reported values of EW(Hα)em are for the line observed in emission.

The values of HδA are not corrected for Hδ nebular emission.

 The nebular Hδ line is clearly seen in emission within the stellar absorption feature.
