The mean values for the equator in the second column were obtained from the parameter values of step no 11 and 18 of the one iteration cycle displayed in the lower part of Table A.3, whereas the mean values for the equator in the fourth column, were obtained from the converged parameters of the two different iteration cycles displayed in the middle and lower part of Table A.4, respectively.
