Notes.

(a)

The centroid energy is fixed to be 0.65 keV higher than that of the Kα line. The widths of the Gaussian lines are fixed to zero when not explicitly reported.

(b)

The flux of the power-law component without exponential cutoff and absorption is a fit parameter expressed in units of 10-10 erg s-1 cm-2.

(c)

A 0.5% (1%) systematic error is added in quadrature for XMM-Newton (Suzaku) data.

(d)

This small (1) inter-calibration constant is due to a technical feature of XSPEC and reflects the smaller energy range of the RGS response, as compared to the EPIC cameras.
