Notes. It is assumed that Rout = Rtrunc + zo(Rtrunc) (see Sect. 4). For each parameter listed in the first column, we give in the first line the values corresponding to the possible minimum Rtrunc, and in the second line a value corresponding to the ADAF intersections in Fig. 7: Rtrunc ≈ 370, 220, and 130 RS, for 106, 107, and 108M, respectively (see also Fig. D.2).
