X-ray luminosity-redshift distribution for the 888 clusters reported in the eFEDS field. The 346 extent-selected eFEDS clusters Liu et al. (2022); Bahar et al. (2022) are denoted by gray circles, and the 542 clusters at positions of eFEDS point sources by gray crosses. Sources with matches to the eRASS1 extent-selected catalog (B24) are marked by small red circles, and small yellow crosses mark sources with matches to the catalog presented in this paper. The average eRASS1 flux limit of ~sim 10⁻¹³ erg s⁻¹ cm⁻² in the eFEDS field is indicated by the black dashed line. Most extent-selected eFEDS clusters above the flux limit are recovered, even though 54 of the 117 total matches to extent-selected eFEDS clusters are found as a point source in the eRASS1 catalogs.
