Evolution of the total relative error (in %) in the ℓ1-norm of the reconstructed emulated image compared to the simulation map during the iterative process. The total relative error proves a measure of how closely the reconstructed image approximates the target simulation map. The stabilisation of this error indicates the convergence of the emulator with the target distribution.
