Counter-jet in the JWST images of M87. The images are shown in logarithmic colour scale, with limits chosen for best visibility of the counter-jet; the dynamic ranges are 5 for the short, and 6.25 for the long wavelengths. The negative pixels were coloured white instead of black to further increase the contrast.
