Comparison between cluster members and multiple images as observed by the HST and Euclid. All sources are observed near the core of the galaxy cluster MACS J0416. The upper panels show a cluster member and a lensed galaxy detected in both the HST F160W (HST F606W) and EuclidIE bands. In contrast, the sources in the bottom panels are detected in the HST data but not in the Euclid images. In each panel, we report the IDs of the displayed cluster members and multiple images from the catalogues presented by Bergamini et al. (2023), the F160W total magnitude of the cluster galaxies, and the redshift of the lensed sources.
