Table A.1.

Overview on sub- and superindices. The index position defines its respective category.

Symbol example Index Category Values Notes
sym c , d , e a , b $ \mathrm{sym}^{a,b}_{c,d,e} $ a FoR SRF, RTN T, α, φ, ϑ are always in SRF and this index is omitted for them. For other properties, if not specified the FoR is SRF.
b instrument PAS, SPAN-I Only relevant for observations not for virtual detectors.
c bulk/thermal property s w, t h T, α are always bulk properties and this index is omitted for them. The thermal velocities, vth, are adorned with th to differentiate them from bulk, vsw, or ion/ nominal bin velocities, v.
d component x, y, z Non-bold symbols without a component index are scalars or absolute values.
e origin in, out, obs For virtual detector properties in/out is short for input/output properties. obs indicates an observation.

symi, j, k i energy bin i ∈ {1, …, NEpQ}
j azimuth bin j ∈ {1, …, Nϕ}
k elevation bin k ∈ {1, …, Nθ}

Δfsym f uncertainty type GS, RW Uncertainty given as grid-spacing GS or response width RW (for example as FWHM).

Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.

Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.

Initial download of the metrics may take a while.
