Notes. The units of all cross sections are 10⁻¹⁶ cm², and energies in keV/u. The σ_{q, q−1}(nl) has been improved excluding the ratio of DEC autoionization and transfer ionization processes from σ_{q, q−1} of C⁴⁺+He.
