The panels (top to bottom) include the temperature, vertical magnetic field Bz, and two components of the vertical Poynting flux, Pz, Bz = −Bz(vxBx + vyBy) and Pz, vz = Bh. The temperature panels are limited to compare the structures at different layers in the chromosphere. In panel c) approximately 8 pixels in a million are above 1 MK.
