Strength of the 10 µm silicate band and 12.6–22.5 µm spectral slope of the VLMS disks. The silicate bands for J1605, TWA27. and IC147 are set to unity due to the absence of a clear silicate band. The F9.8 value of IC147 from its decomposed disk components in the DuCKLinG model is F9.8=1.23.
