Variations in the AGN fraction (in %) with local overdensity (σ_δ) for all different types of AGN combined at 2 < z < 4 in an 80% stellar-mass (M_* > 10^9.14 M_⊙) complete in our redshift range (open triangle points). The stellar mass distribution of galaxies remains roughly the same across different environment bins. The median log M_*/M_⊙ values for the three environment bins (left to right in the figure) are: 9.60, 9.77, and 9.66, respectively. The circle points and σ_δ bins are same as in Figure 6. The figure shows a clear trend of increasing AGN fraction with increasing local overdensities of galaxies.
