ZTF r-band light curves of the TDE candidates analysed in this work, binned to 7 days in the rest frame and time-shifted to optical peak brightness (t₀). The absolute magnitudes are calculated as M_r = m_r − 5log₁₀(d/10)−K(z)−A_r, where m_r is the apparent magnitude, d is the luminosity distance in parsecs, A_r accounts for Galactic extinction. We assume a uniform K-correction: K = 2.5log₁₀(1 + z). Bottom panel: Colour evolution corrected for Galactic extinction and host galaxy contribution.
