Notes. The ices were grown via background deposition at 10 K. The A’ column shows effective band strengths obtained directly from the absorbance spectra (Eq. (10)). The A column contains the band strengths derived from the k(ν) indices (Eq. (9)). Estimated uncertainties are 7% in general, and about 10% for ν2 H2O.
