Notes. Data from various instruments (first column) are fitted with Eqs. (18) and (19) and the fitted parameters and their uncertainties are obtained and listed here. α is the power-law index of the diffusion coefficient distributed over the radial distance of the heliosphere; κ0 is the normalization factor of the diffusion coefficient; a and b represent the power-law index of the diffusion coefficient κR at low and high rigidity, respectively. The χ2 value, calculated based on Monte Carlo uncertainty, is used to evaluate the quality of the fit. A smaller χ2 value indicates a better fit. * The product of particle charge and IMF polarity.
