Left panel: Position of six dwarf galaxy candidates (solid red circles) reported in this study with respect to spiral NGC 253. The purple circular line corresponds to the area explored by the PISCes survey (Toloba et al. 2016), extending up to ∼150 kpc from the centre of NGC 253.
