True spin-orbit obliquities of our sample of 118 planets with respect to the stellar inclination. The marginal histograms show a peak for perpendicular stellar inclinations i_* (top) and a peak for aligned orbits followed by a near-uniform distribution for misaligned orbits (right). The marginal histogram for Ψ is binned every 5° and is fitted with a KDE with a Gaussian kernel and Silverman’s bandwidth.
