Table B.2.

Key properties of the semi-analytical models considered in this work, including star formation parameters.

Halo catalog / merger tree Feedback Dust treatment Star formation (ϵSF, nH)
GAEA Millennium + rescaling SNe + AGN outflows Includes self-consistent dust production and chemical enrichment ϵSF ∼ 0.03–0.05, Schmidt-Kennicutt type law, nH ∼ 0.1 cm−3, T ∼ 104 K
L-GalP23 Millennium SNe + AGN (radio + quasar mode) Dust treated via empirical/semi-analytic prescriptions ϵSF ∼ 0.02–0.05, Kennicutt-Schmidt law, nH ∼ 0.1 cm−3, T ∼ 104 K

Notes. For each semi-analytical model, the halo catalog, feedback implementation, dust treatment, and key star formation parameters are reported. Star formation efficiency (ϵSF) is per free-fall time and nH is the hydrogen number density threshold for SF.
