Noise parameters of the cryogenic LNA expressed following Meys’ noise wave representation, based on two waves at the LNA input. Ta represents the non-correlated part of the wave going into the amplifier (it is the noise temperature measured using a matched load at the source). Tb represents the non-correlated part of the noise wave emitted from the LNA towards the source. Finally, Tc represents the modulus of the noise waves correlation (see Meys 1978).
Current usage metrics show cumulative count of Article Views (full-text article views including HTML views, PDF and ePub downloads, according to the available data) and Abstracts Views on Vision4Press platform.
Data correspond to usage on the plateform after 2015. The current usage metrics is available 48-96 hours after online publication and is updated daily on week days.
