The coarse-bin histogram show the measurements from the ZTF volume-limited sample of normal type Ia SNe and fine-bin histograms are best-fit models assuming a Gaussian prior distribution for intrinsic colours and a γ-distribution (or exponential) model for reddening E(B − V).
