Notes. Solutions and their uncertainties were obtained by fitting the TOAs using TEMPO2. Glitch numbers follow the counting of RXTE glitches (Antonopoulou et al. 2018); to recover the NICER count, subtract 45. The dagger symbol (†) indicates that ν ¨ $ \ddot\nu $ was fixed at that value. The numbers in parenthesis are the uncertainties in the last digit.
