The host-subtracted AGN spectrum (blue circles) follows the thin accretion-disk prediction Fν ∝ ν1/3 (Shakura & Sunyaev 1973). The host component inferred from the FVG (red stars) is well matched by an Sb galaxy template (red curve; Kinney et al. 1996).
