Hα profiles of VLT FLAMES/GIRAFFE observations of the optical counterpart of XMMU J050722.1−684758 between 2008-10-07 and 2009-01-07 shifted to the rest-frame of the LMC. The black line shows the data, the blue line shows the best-fit model using a double-peaked Lorentzian line profile, and the dashed red line indicates the rest-frame wavelength of Hα. Between individual observations, there is a shift of 5.0 in the normalised flux for readability.
